The site is a production of Le Voyage \u00e0 Nantes and falls under the legal provisions of articles L.111-1 and the articles of the French Intellectual Property Code. Le Voyage \u00e0 Nantes is the exclusive owner of the rights to all intellectual property rights worldwide involving both the organization and content of the web site https:\/\/memorial.nantes.fr, specifically including texts, pictures, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that the photos posted on the Site are considered intellectual works protected by copyright. Any unauthorized use of a photo is an act of infringement under Article L.335-3 of the French code of Intellectual Property. The visual identities, animated or non-animated pictures, and their formatting as they appear on the Site are the property of Le Voyage \u00e0 Nantes and are as such protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property code.<\/p>\n
